Doing Our Part…

We must all keep our eyes on the light at the end of the tunnel and do our part to slow the progression of the COVID-19 pandemic.

To that end, Strategic Networks will utilize a feature built into Windows 10 called Quick Assist” to service your requests remotely with no in person visit. Most Windows and software problems can be resolved remotely.

If your PC is running Windows 7 or earlier, a visit may be required to service your request and to setup free remote support software for future requests.

When a visit is required, the Strategic Networks technician will wear a mask, keep the appropriate distance from the client and use hand sanitizer before touching or handling client equipment.

Together, we can beat this thing.
